Effective June 29, 2014 Eubank and Associates LLC (E&A), a Prince William County company, has entered into a strategic business partnership with Redhawk IT, Solutions LLC (Redhawk IT), a Prince William County company, and Great Lakes Sound and Vibration Inc. (GLSV), a Houghton, MI company.

The purpose of the strategic business partnership is to provide all capabilities necessary to design, develop, construct and test an Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) 2.0 high water speed/mobility demonstrator for the United States Marine Corps. A white paper outlining the proposed ACV 2.0 technology has been submitted on SeaPort-e.

Redhawk IT brings to the team a contract conduit as a SeaPort-e Prime Contractor as well as contract status as Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and SBA 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business by the Small Business Administration. Redhawk IT is a SeaPort-e Prime Contractor.

GLSV brings to the team a solid engineering, design, analysis, manufacturing and testing capability. GLSV is a SeaPort-e Prime Contractor and a small HubZone business. GLSV has a strong background in defense, marine, automotive, off-highway and tracked vehicles. GLSV built two Future Combat System (FCS) Manned Ground Vehicle signature demonstrator vehicles and currently has two phase II Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) efforts with US Army Tank Automotive Research Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC) related to development of exhaust silencing technology.
